Cabinet Office

Cabinet Office provides support services to the Premier, Cabinet and Executive Council. Cabinet Secretariat uses its knowledge to support and advise Executive Government and to link Executive Government with the Victorian community.

Enterprise Solutions

The Enterprise Solutions Branch works in partnership across government and private industry. Find our IT strategy, how we protect cyber security, training, policies and standards and templates.

Governance

Governance Branch provides advice and support to the Premier and Secretary in relation to the operations of the Victorian government, including public administration, government institutions, governance and the public sector workforce (executive and VPS).

Public Sector Reform

We drive reform of the public sector to deliver better outcomes for Victorians. The Public Sector Reform and Performance (PSRPB) is responsible for leading and coordinating work on major issues relating to the management and operations of the Victorian government. These include the strategic direction and reform of the public sector, public sector performance, supporting the Premier, the Special Minister of State and the Secretary as the head of the Victorian Public Service.

Strategic Communication and Protocol

Strategic Communications Branch supports the Premier and Cabinet by promoting excellence in VPS communications and providing communications services to DPC. The branch plays a critical leadership role across government in relation to communication strategy, policy and standards.
