Apicultural Industry Advisory Committee
The Apicultural Industry Advisory Committee is established under the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 to advise the Minister on the payment of compensation to beekeepers from the Bees Compensation Fund, honey bee diseases for which compensation should be paid, the amount of fees payable by beekeepers and funding of projects for the improvement and development of the Victorian apiculture industry as provided for in the Act.
Cattle Compensation Advisory Committee
The Cattle Compensation Advisory Committee is established under the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 to advise the Minister on diseases for which compensation should be payable, the amount of compensation which should be payable and funding of projects for the benefit of the Victorian cattle industry.
Compensation Appeals Tribunal
The Tribunal hears and determines appeals against determinations by the Compensation Assessment Panel under the Fisheries Act 1995 (Part 10).
